Customer Voice Survey Portal
This notice describes how and why NCC Group use certain personal data, in combination with survey results data gathered through the Customer Voice Survey Portal. Your personal data is controlled ultimately by NCC Group plc, a company registered in England and Wales (registered number 04627044) whose registered office is at XYZ Building, 2 Hardman Boulevard, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3AQ.
What Data Will We Process and for What Purpose?
The core purpose of the Customer Voice portal is to gather satisfaction survey results, against a standard template of questions, to allow NCC Group to understand your perspective of how well an engagement is/was delivered from end-to-end. The survey itself does not ask for you to provide your personal data. However, a survey is associated with your name, email address and unique identifier, the results are imported to other NCC Group systems. Once in other systems the unique ID for the engagement will attribute the results with other key data already held by NCC Group, collected in order to provide a product or service to you, and sourced from platforms such as our Customer Relationship Management System, to allow us to understand the wider context around the delivery that took place. This information includes your name, email address, job title, and company. The survey collects your opinions about how we have performed in delivering our products and/or services to your company. In the event that the results inputted fall below or above our thresholds for positive or negative performance, this will trigger an internal business process to review the engagement. In the unfortunate circumstance that your input scores appear to express dissatisfaction with NCC Group, the aforementioned internal alerting may invoke an NCC Group contact (usually the Account Manager) to reach out to you, to better understand what didn’t work well and how we could do better. If, on the other hand, you have provided positive feedback, we may contact you to thank you for this and to better understand what went well. If you indicate you are willing to provide a reference, a NCC Group representative will contact you with further information and questions.
What is our lawful basis for processing?
Completing a Customer Voice survey is completely at your discretion. If you choose to complete the survey, we will process your personal data based on our legitimate interests of improving our products and services, and the provision thereof.
The survey results data will be stored by us until we no longer need it for the purposes for which it was collected. Whilst no personal data is collected within the survey itself, the reference number on the survey acts as an identifier for our own internal reporting purposes.
